The Murcia San-Javier Airport has only one main runway and a parallel taxiway. There were different works that were done in 1990 so as to equip the airport for more passengers. This enabled it to handle four flights at the same time. The aircraft parking can house two wide fuselage aircrafts and it measures 390 by 104 meters. The airport also has a cargo terminal building of about 530 square meters. In 2004, there was an expansion of the terminals of about 1,100 square meters and this was in the arrival area. They installed two new baggage reclaim carousels. You can be assured of good service through this airport.
